Teens ages 12 and up are invited to come for a fun after-hours event. Teen programs normally take place after school, but this will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Participants will be "locked in" to the McKinley Birthplace Home and given writing prompts to follow. Teens have the entirety of the program to write--poetry, song lyrics, short stories, etc. Snacks for energy will be provided. Bring your favorite notebook and pen, or use the free materials provided. Prefer to write on your phone, tablet or laptop? Outlets will be available for anything that needs to be charged.
This program is walk-in and does NOT require pre-registration.
