Grief 101 presented by Kimberly Calhoun from Hospice of the Valley. This is a one-hour presentation on understanding how the grieving process and how grief affects everything in our life: our spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual and social self. We learn to create a new normal as we work through our grief. This program is free and registration is not required.
