This class is a one-time adult grief support session for anyone who has lost a loved one. The focus will be on coping with your grief during the holiday season. Participants will receive handouts and materials. Kimberly Calhoun, LSW Bereavement Facilitator from Hospice of the Valley, will be facilitating the session. This program is free and registration is not required.

Presented by Hospice of the Valley’s LSW Bereavement Facilitator Kimberly Calhoun, this program is a one-hour presentation about understanding the grieving process and how grief affects everything in our lives: our spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, and social selves. We learn to create a new normal as we work through our grief. This program is free and registration is not required.
