Scan here to sign up, or visit our website. If you haven’t already, I also encourage you to sign up for NextReads newsletters for book suggestions for a variety of genres, including bestsellers, biographies, history and current events, kids’ books, historical fiction, and teen reads. One Book/One Community encourages everyone to celebrate reading through conversations and events related to one book. Our book this year, A House Without a Key, was written by Warren native Earl Derr Biggers, and it introduces Charlie Chan—a detective with the Honolulu Police Department. Copies of the book are available to borrow from the library—including from Hoopla using your library card. We have many fun events planned in celebration of One Book, One Community: Find the Keys Geocaching Event - during the month of March Visit each participating library ( Hubbard Public Library, Kinsman Free Public Library, McKinley Memorial Library, and Newton Falls Public Library) to collect a word clue located in a geocache. Correctly complete the puzzle, also available at participating libraries, for a chance to win a prize.
