Summer 2019 Newsletter

The McKinley Memorial Library is the place to be this summer! Our theme for the summer reading program is “A Universe of Stories,” and we have plenty of programs scheduled for children, teens, and adults to educate and entertain—from solar system demonstrations and writing clinics, to movies, concerts, and more! Our librarians have been busy putting together some exciting grand prize baskets for the summer reading program. The prize baskets are on display in the library. Be sure to sign up for “A Universe of Stories” beginning June 12 for a chance to win! The first 100 children and 30 teens to sign up will receive a goody bag. All children and teens who complete the program will be awarded a book. We look forward to seeing you this summer as you explore “A Universe of Stories!” June, July, August 2019 www.mcklib.org McKinley Memorial Library Talking with Terry Pluto Wednesday, August 14 6:30—7:30 p.m. in the McKinley Auditorium Join us as we welcome the return of Terry Pluto, sports columnist for the Plain Dealer, and learn about his career covering the Browns, Indians, and Cavs. He will be available for a brief time after the program to sell and autograph books.
