 The organization was formed to:         

• Stimulate increased awareness and interest of the library and museum.
         Promotional material produced
         Usage of library has doubled

• Encourage increased financial support, public and private.
         Purchased podium and equipment
         Paid for quality children's programs for summer reading

• Promote greatest possible use of the library and museum.
         Hosting regional museum and library meetings
         Tours of facility

• Sponsor cultural and related programs for the community.
         Festival of Trees
         Entertainment for the Summer Reading Programs

Membership is open to any person interested in the purposes of this organization. 
There are four classes of memberships:

   A.  Associate member ..........$10/year
   B.  Sustaining member .........$25/year
   C.  Patron Member ...............$50/year
   D.  Life Membership..............$100 or more*
         *Receive Commemorative Coin
